Our theme, Artful Leadership: Artists Lead the Way, invites you to explore how and where the arts have navigated you throughout your life. Leadership, much like art, involves crafting something innovative and inspiring, connecting both the heart and the mind. It's about viewing the world from fresh perspectives and guiding others to do the same. This leadership style demands vision, creativity, patience, the courage to experiment, and the skill to communicate and connect with people.
SMARTS' arts education leadership in our community allows both hearts and minds to enable our students, families, and partners to engage, interact, and thrive.
